Teachers coaching business

A news release to Daily Ittefaq was published on 23-9-2017 titled 'Coaching without teaching in some teachers'. In a function, Honorable Minister said that the controlling power of education is the teacher. Coaching at home is not a part of those teachers in the class. Parents also encouraged them.

My son is a tenth grade student. Narayanganj is in a school in DND area. For schoolgirls 'morning shifts' from 8 am to 12 am and 'day shift' is going on from 12 noon to 5 pm for boys. In the current education system, for the 1300 number, 12 subjects have to be taught in the class. Earlier, when 8 subjects were taught for 1000 numbers, there were two shift shifts in the same time at the school. The notable thing is that, four things have been added to the number 300 (100 of the 100 and 2 of the 50). But the class time did not increase. As a result, the classes of the previous subjects are reduced to classes in the new 4 subjects. It is to be noted that the authority has excluded two issues of 150 from the SSC examination. But there are two things to be done through continuous evaluation at the school level. In these circumstances, this year, at this school day shift, only 10 classes of 'Higher Mathematics' have been held. The condition of 'biology' is also similar. I noticed, due to different reasons the last classes of the school were low. Besides this, some classes were reduced due to rain and DND areas due to water logging this year. So I can not blame the teachers in any way. Again, because the education system is creative, I did not even have any help to the boy. Because the experienced teachers also have to be trained in the classroom on training on creative methods. So what is the way without encouraging coaching!

In this situation, additional teacher recruitment and class time can be increased for new 4 subjects. Attention to all concerned, including Honorable Education Minister, has been attracted to this issue.
