This type of calling azan is a tradition from Ottomans time for centuries in Turkey. Specially in the mosques called Salateen Mosques which means Ottoman Sultan oredered to be built these mosques. Like Suleymaniya Mosque or Blue Mosque (aka Sultan Ahmad Mosque in Turkey). There used to be 4 muazzin in every minaret and they call azan completely but different timing in an order. So 4 muazzins call 4 azan seperately & completely or 4 or 2 muazzins call 1 azan together like in this video. And they do not sing. They are trained muazzins I could easily say by the way of their tune which is called Maqam in Turkish. Im not sure but I think the maqam they use is Kurdi - Hijazkar. Close to Egyptian Qari Abdussamad's azan maqam.
